And it hasn't stayed as your favorite movie now?

The first one is one of my favourite films, but not my favourite. My favourites are Lord of the flies (1990) and American History X. This is definately up there though.

I miss being a kid sooo much!! I used to watch these movies over and over. (I still do...) And then, I'd go outside with my friends and we'd act like we were ninjas! I obviously don't do that part anymore, but no matter what, I'll still love them!

Hey!
I don't regret growing up, it was a blast, but I do miss how easy it was. It used to be so nice to just have little crushes and have not a worry in the world apart from school.
Obviously there are tons I could have done better but my mistakes made me who I am, I still have the tapes of the films now and its fun to watch them again. I love writing stories for Teenagers because even though it was a long time since I was 14-15, it was one of the best two years of my life as it was so carefree and such an adventure. I tried writing an Adult novel and god are they ever depressing! Serious this and that, it is one extreme to another when your an adult, you cant just enjoy life for what it is! I hope to instill this feeling into my daughter when she is old enough. These movies mean alot because they remind me to HAVE FUN!

How can you not miss the movie? Especially if it was important to you as a kid. It's nice to reflect back and remember what it was like to be carefree and problem free. As a kid, the world is black and white - when you get older it turns grey. It's all about nostalgia and I plan on letting my kids watch the movies because they are fun.
